Alternative High Adventure Camps

There are many nationally accredited Boy Scout High Adventure type camps across the US that individual Councils run.   These are typically less expensive $400-600,  while offering high quality adventure programs.   Below are some examples  found.  These camps should be planned for the year before making reservations like other local camps.   These camps may not be open all summer so the troop may need to shift the date of it's High Adventure camps to accommodate.
