Scouting America, formerly Boy Scouts or Scouts BSA, is a co-ed program for youth ages 11 to 17 focused on ethical development through the Scout Oath and Law. Youth lead using a patrol system that builds teamwork and leadership. Participants advance by earning merit badges and can achieve Eagle Scout rank. The program emphasizes inclusivity and adapts to individual needs through adventure, service, and personal growth opportunities.
