Lake Vermilion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park

What: Have fun and work on the Mining in Society Merit Badge

When: Saturday, September 18th - Sunday, September 19th

Lake Vermilion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park

Cost: $45 per person (This includes the mine tour)
​
Deadline: Tuesday, September 7th
Before Departure Day:
See the Packing List for items each person should bring.

Departure: Otter Lake Elementary on Saturday, September 18th at 6:45am.

We will be leaving promptly at 7am.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

We will be carpooling - each car will need to have a state park pass.

Wear Class A uniform with a Class B underneath for traveling

Limit the amount of gear you pack. It is only an overnight. No camp chair needed.

Returning: Scouts will be dropped off at home between 4-6pm on Sunday, 9/19.
